The Taylor Made R9 SuperDeep TP driver features a 460cc head with an ultra-deep face and is designed to be a pure player's driver. New R9 SuperDeep tp Driver by Taylormade was announced at the Japan Golf Fair yesterday for an expected March Release. This 460cc bad boy has the appearance in person of a 400-420cc driver. The first thing we noticed was the letters BBLB in a cool font written on the sole. Three of us were able to hit the new R9 SuperDeep tp in the test cage and we must say Taylormade has an excellent players driver in this one. On the launch monitor we produced nice low spin numbers and a low mid trajectory, although I didnt mess around with the settings (set to it's stock form) we were suprised at the low launch numbers we were getting. So if you need a lower flight and miss the ball high or low of center this is a good option for you. we do not suggest it to anyone who requires a mid/high trajectory or misses heel to toe.
